Power Flame Type CX burners feature an innovative, induced draft technology that fires directly into small diameter immersion tube heat exchangers submerged in liquids such as acids, alkali cleaners, phosphates, cooking oils, lubricating oils and waxes. Applications include metal products finishing, industrial cleaning, parts washing, aqueous solution heating, acid bath heaters and food/drink production.
Each burner, fan, and control system is custom designed for optimum heat exchanger operation. Our patented burner head focuses the flame for maximum efficiency. CX burners are capable of firing both natural gas and propane. Multiple burner installations can be designed to operate with a common flue.
