Power Flame is pleased to announce our latest offering in the energy efficient Low NOx Market. Our next iteration of burner is an innovative design that allows operation for low NOx of < 30 ppm, and CO of <50ppm without using flue gas recirculation (FGR). The Helox Burner boasts an emissions turn down of 6:1 and a fuel turn down of 10:1. It utilizes an adjustable iris within the burner assembly and is equipped with an auto-change over of fuel from gas to liquid without requiring any disassembly. The burner also uses staged firing design, premix zone and fuel rich zones. The liquid fuel nozzle is designed to operate using low pressure atomization via a regenerative blower as opposed to medium/high pressure compressors.
