Power Flame is proud to unveil the HELOX™ Burner, our latest innovation in energy-efficient, Low NOx combustion technology, available in sizes from 90 – 800 BHP. Designed to meet the growing demand for cleaner energy solutions, the HELOX achieves natural gas emissions of < 30 ppm NOx and <50 ppm CO while firing as low as 3% O2 without the need for flue gas recirculation (FGR).
The HELOX Burner features an emissions turndown of 6:1 and a fuel turndown of 10:1 for both gas and oil.
It utilizes an adjustable iris within the burner assembly and is equipped with fuel auto-changeover between gas and liquid without requiring disassembly or downtime.
The burner also uses a staged firing design that incorporates premix and fuel-rich zones, ensuring optimal combustion and reduced environmental impact. The liquid fuel nozzle is designed to operate using low pressure atomization (< 3 PSIG) powered by quiet regenerative blowers, eliminating the need for noisy high-pressure compressors.
