Power Flame is pleased to announce our latest offering for industrial applications in the Low NOx market. Our newest XP2 Fiber Mesh Element burner is an innovative take on the process heat burner, utilizing Mesh Head technology to produce 400,000 BTU and < 20 ppm NOx burner for maximum thermal efficiency. Lower levels are possible with residual oxygen and equipment changes. Featuring a direct spark ignition, and utilizing rectification flame detection, the XP2 boasts a 5:1 turndown with our modulating control. Using a fiber mesh element that has a 2-inch outer diameter and is 12 inches in length, this burner requires minimal combustion space and can be mounted in a 4 inch opening. With two different modes of operation, the XP2 can operate with full modulation or on/off design.
